A policy can be in place while pressure keeps building. When workloads rise, roles blur or concerns go nowhere, people feel the gap between what's written down and what actually happens at work. Wonderlab was founded by Rachel Wingman to close that gap. The WonderShift Community is where we're building the next part of that work, together with the people who'll use it. That includes games, training and practical tools that help leaders and teams turn psychosocial safety into everyday habits. You don't need to be an expert, and you don't need to choose a program. You just need to care about how work feels for the people doing it.

Help shape what's next
As a founding member, you'll test new tools early and tell us what works in real Australian workplaces. Your feedback shapes what we build.
