The Zero to Launched: 7-Day Educator Sprint is built to be fully self-contained. You do not need to have attended a single previous session to complete it, win it, or walk away with a launch-ready coaching business foundation. Everything you need is inside the challenge itself — and this orientation session makes sure you know exactly how to use it.

What This Session Is For

The sprint is designed for every ACE Builders member — whether you've been here since Day 1 of April or you joined yesterday. The tasks, the frameworks, the templates, and the daily briefs are written so that any educator with knowledge worth teaching can execute them from scratch, without prior context, without catching up on recordings, and without feeling like they've missed something critical.

This session exists for one purpose: to make sure every single member — new and existing — walks into Day 1 of the sprint with complete clarity on what the challenge is, how it works, and what executing it well actually looks like. No confusion. No catch-up anxiety. No reason to wait for next month.

What This Session Covers

Part 1 — What the Challenge Is and How It's Structured

A complete, plain-language walkthrough of all seven days — what each task is, why it sits in that specific position in the sequence, how long it realistically takes, and what a strong submission looks like. Every educator regardless of their join date will leave this section knowing precisely what the seven-day path looks like from start to finish and what they're building toward by Day 7.

Part 2 — Everything You Need Is Already Inside the Challenge

Each daily task comes with a brief, a framework, and a template. You are not expected to arrive with prior knowledge, completed homework, or notes from previous sessions. The challenge briefs are written to be your starting point — not a continuation of something else. In this section, Vivek walks through exactly what each daily brief contains and how to use it, so no member — new or existing — feels underprepared before Day 1 begins.

Part 3 — For Newer Members: You Are Not Behind

If you joined ACE Builders recently, this section is specifically for you. Vivek will address directly what the challenge covers, how it is structured for first-time participants, and why the sprint is intentionally designed as a standalone experience. You do not need the previous live sessions to succeed in this challenge. What you need is the willingness to show up daily, execute visibly, and submit your deliverable before midnight each day. That is the only prerequisite — and it has nothing to do with when you joined.

Part 4 — Open Q&A: Every Doubt Cleared Before Day 1

The floor opens completely. Whether you are unclear on a task, unsure how to approach your niche for the first time, nervous about publishing publicly, or simply want to understand how the winner is chosen — every question gets answered live. No question is too basic. No question is too behind-the-scenes. Vivek answers in real time. The community hears every answer.
