It is the practice of recognizing the identity, conditioning, assumptions and automatic responses currently shaping your reality, then creating the internal and external conditions for another version of you to emerge.

Not through forced positivity.

And definitely not by repeating “I am abundant” while your entire body is screaming WE ARE GOING TO DIE. :)))

We work with what is actually happening.

Depending on what you are moving through, our work may include relationships and attachment, identity, self-worth, money, business, visibility, decision-making, life transitions, creativity, spirituality, nervous-system patterns, embodiment, Reiki and energetic work.
