The Founders Circle runs on four ground rules 
— the same ones from the book:

1. High Agency only. Bring problems you have 
   already thought about, not problems you want 
   someone else to solve for you.

2. Low Ego required. We challenge each other's 
   thinking because we respect each other's growth. 
   No defensive replies to genuine feedback.

3. Specific over general. Share numbers, not stories. 
   "My churn is 8% and I don't know why" is useful. 
   "I'm struggling with retention" is not.

4. What is shared here stays here. 
   Anything a founder shares about their 
   specific business, team, or situation 
   is confidential to this community.

Violations of any of these — especially rule 4 — 
result in immediate removal.
