Introduction to CSRD, ESRS, and Double Materiality Assessment
Understanding impact materiality and financial materiality
Identification of impacts, risks, and opportunities across the value chain
ESRS topic screening and development of the IRO register
How to write clear and practical IRO statements
Impact materiality scoring using scale, scope, irremediability, and likelihood
Financial materiality scoring using magnitude, likelihood, and time horizon
Stakeholder engagement process and interview guidance
Double materiality matrix development and consolidation
Documentation, evidence pack, ESRS linkage, and reporting best practices
Practical examples, case study, workshop activity, and implementation roadmap

By the end of the training, participants will understand how to conduct a structured, evidence-based, and assurance-ready Double Materiality Assessment to support ESRS-aligned sustainability reporting.
