This is more than a jam session; it is a dedicated time to collaborate, experiment, and refine a brand new sound. Zachary Hines II is a Newport News native, multi-instrumentalist, and the visionary founder of the creative collective FORTRESSES. A Hampton University alumnus with a background in theatre and education, Zachary is known for blending jazz, funk, and soul into immersive musical experiences. His work is rooted in community building, using his technical mastery and soulful intuition to create spaces where other artists can truly thrive.
