We’ve all seen the challenges that demand two-a-day workouts and restrictive diets that leave you exhausted by week three. That’s not how we do things at Bodyholic. We’re launching a 75-day recalibration designed for high-performing humans who want consistency without the "crash."

The 4 Daily Non-Negotiables:

  • 💧 Hydrate: 2 Liters of water (minimum).
  • 🥗 Fuel: 0.5 kg of vegetables. We’re focusing on what to add, not what to take away.
  • 🏃‍♀️ Move: Daily intentional movement. No "killing" your body—just honoring it. Whether it's a heavy lift or a long walk, we move every single day.
  • 📚 Grow: Read daily. Feed your mind as much as your muscles.
