The average desk worker takes 3,000–4,000 steps a day without realising it. That's not enough — and your body knows it.
This challenge has the simplest possible rule: walk 10,000 steps every day. Log your count. Don't break your streak.
No gym membership. No workout clothes. No equipment. Just walking — something your body was literally built to do.
The streak mechanic is what makes this addictive. Missing Day 14 after a 13-day streak hurts. You start planning your day around your steps. You take the stairs. You walk during lunch.
The habit forms so gradually you barely notice — until you look back at 7 days of 10K and realise you've moved more this week than in the past month.
What you do daily: check your phone's built-in step counter and log your count.
Free members get 7 days — enough to feel the difference in your energy and build your first week streak.
7 days. 10,000 steps. Free to join. Start today.
Welcome to 10K Steps Every Day
This challenge has one rule: walk 10,000 steps every day and log your count.
How it works Each day a new checkpoint unlocks. Open it, check your step count on your phone, and type your number. Takes 30 seconds.
How to track your steps Use your phone's built-in health app — iPhone Health app or Google Fit on Android. Both track steps automatically in the background. No extra app needed.
What if I can't hit 10K today? Log whatever you got. Honesty matters more than hitting the target. Over 7 days most members naturally find ways to add more steps as the habit builds.
The one rule that matters Submit every single day — even on days you fall short. Miss a day completely and your streak resets to zero.
Tips Check your step count at 8pm. If you're under 10K, go for a 20-minute walk. That's usually enough to close the gap. Walking during lunch, taking stairs, and parking further away all add up faster than you think.
After Day 7 Free members get 7 days. When Day 8 locks, upgrade to Monthly to continue your streak and build toward a full 30-day step record.
You're ready. Go to Day 1 and log today's steps.
