WEEK 1: FOUNDATION — IDENTIFY YOUR HIJACKER

The Metabolic Hijack

You'll identify which hijacker is running the show: cortisol, insulin, estrogen dominance, or adrenaline. Then we build your personalized roadmap from there.

What you'll learn:

  • Why your midlife weight gain, sleep disruption, and brain fog are metabolic responses to hormonal chaos — not character flaws
  • The exact foundation protocol that starts reversing insulin resistance, cortisol dysregulation, and inflammation within 7 days
  • How to prepare for your doctor appointment (HRT advocacy begins here)

WEEK 2: PROTEIN ANCHOR — BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Your body is stuck in fat-storage mode. This week, we teach it to burn fat instead.

  • Personalized coaching sessions (60 min/week, flexed to your needs)

What you'll learn:

WEEK 3: ADRENALINE RESET — MOVE FROM SURVIVAL TO THRIVE

This is the week most women say: "I slept through the night for the first time in years."

What you'll learn:

  • Why your body thinks it's in survival mode — and how to signal safety instead
  • The exact cortisol protocol that stops 3 AM wake-ups, reduces anxiety, reduce cravingsand stabilizes mood

WEEK 4: MUSCLE MULTIPLIER — BUILD METABOLICALLY ACTIVE TISSUE

  • How to start movement

WEEK 5: CLINICAL ADVOCACY KIT — BECOME YOUR OWN DATA ADVOCATE

You're done being dismissed. This week, you learn how to walk into your doctor's office as a data advocate.

What you'll learn:

  • How to request the labs your doctor never ordered 
  • The exact language to use when working with your practioners

WEEK 6: SUSTAINABILITY — THE FOREVER FRAMEWORK

This isn't a 6-week fix. This is the metabolic foundation you'll use for the rest of your life.

What you'll learn:

  • How to identify your non-negotiables (which habits are ESSENTIAL for you long-term)
  • How to build flexibility without derailing progress (travel, holidays, social events, stress)
  • How to reframe setbacks as data (not failure)
  • How to maintain your results for life — without rigid rules or restriction

60 minutes per week with Sheri, flexed to your needs:

  • One 60-minute session

Delivered via:

  • Zoom (scheduled sessions based on your availability)
  • Async support (Sheri responds within 24 hours Mon-Fri)

Can't make a scheduled session? Reschedule with 24-hour notice or shift to async support for that week.

You'll receive your Metabolic Maintenance Toolkit — a complete sustainability plan including:

  • Monthly check-in templates 
  • Structured Eating Guide 
  • Curated supplement and lab resource library

6 weeks of personalized 1:1 coaching with Sheri.

Each week, you receive 60 minutes of personalized coaching time, flexed around what YOU need:

  • One 60-minute deep-dive session (protocol implementation, troubleshooting, lab review)
  • Two 30-minute sessions (mid-week check-in + end-of-week review)
  • Four 15-minute sessions (quick daily troubleshooting as you build new habits)
  • Any combination that fits your week (one 30-min + two 15-min, etc.)

Delivered via:

  • Text or Email (voice notes, text, real-time troubleshooting)
  • Zoom (scheduled video sessions based on your availability)
  • Async support (Sheri responds within 24 hours Mon-Fri)

You decide how to use your time each week based on what you're working on. Week 1 might need four quick check-ins as you build your foundation. Week 5 might need one deep session to prep for your doctor appointment.
