





I’ve turned my 77-day preparation into a shared challenge and you’re welcome to join.
The idea is simple: we don’t wait to feel ready — we build it, day by day.
Once you join, the challenge opens gradually.
Each day unlocks:
– the same 7 core habits (your daily baseline)
– + 3 extra tasks (Body / Mind / Life — you choose one, or do all)
At the end of the day, you simply click “Completed”.
You’ll be taken to a short comment check-in where you reflect:
– where you showed up
– where you struggled
– which extra task you chose
This becomes your personal log — and a space where we can support each other.
I’ll also be sharing everything daily on Instagram (with an Add Yours template), in case you prefer following it there.

For example, my daily structure (guideline, not pressure):
No elevators, take the stairs
Enough water, min. 2 liters
No sugar (my biggest challenge)
Enough protein (adjust to your demand)
Recovery (stretching, massage, rest)
Skill work (mobility, knots, breath…)
Weekly structure (guideline, not pressure):
2x strength training
2x endurance (bike, swim, run…)
2x outdoor activity (hike, SUP, etc.)
