In what format is this challenge?

The challenge is hosted online on Nas.com. You can go through it in an app (phone or tablet) or on your computer. Up to you.

You'll unlock guided checkpoints throughout the 30 days, each including a video lesson and a practical assignment that builds toward your goal.

You will have about 2-3 days to complete each assignment.

Nothing is live, so you don't have to worry about time zones or show up live.

How long will I have access?

You'll have access to all challenge materials for 6 months after the challenge begins, so you'll be able to revisit the lessons whenever you need.

How does the WhatsApp group work?

Beginning September 1, you'll receive access to a private WhatsApp group with everyone participating in the challenge.

This will be your place to ask questions, get feedback, celebrate wins, and stay motivated throughout the month.

I'll also be inside the group answering questions and helping guide you through the challenge with 1 daily check-in inside the group.
