




Every day for two weeks, you get one short lesson and one practice. The lesson takes 5 minutes to read. The practice takes 5 minutes to do. That's it.
Each day builds on the last. By the end of the two weeks, you'll have:
You'll also keep a short daily reflection. On Day 14, you'll go back to what you wrote on Day 1 — and that comparison is usually the moment it all lands.
What you'll need: A phone or journal for daily notes. Five minutes a day. A willingness to actually try the practices (they're weird sometimes, and they work).
What you won't need: A yoga mat, a meditation cushion, or any prior experience with nervous system work. This was designed for people who've tried everything else.
