HAN -Holland Alumni Network is a community-driven platform supporting 10,000+ international students and graduates in the Netherlands who are taking their next career steps after their studies. Our mission is to make career development, professional growth, and belonging accessible to every international building a future in the Netherlands.

We bring together students, recent graduates, alumni, universities, and trusted partners to create a collaborative ecosystem where meaningful connections, opportunities, and support go hand in hand.

What We Do:

🌍 International Career Development & Practical Support
We host workshops, events, and conversations designed specifically for internationals navigating Dutch job-search realities, career transitions, entrepreneurship, and early professional life.

🤝 Community & Peer Support
HAN is powered by volunteer ambassadors and alumni who share knowledge, connections, encouragement, and lived experience. Our community helps internationals feel less alone and more confident as they build their careers in the Netherlands.

🏢 Trusted Partners Network
We work with carefully selected partners who understand the international talent journey. Through these collaborations, members receive exclusive benefits, practical resources, and access to expertise that helps them move forward faster.

🚀 Talent Retention & Inclusion
We support the integration of international talent into the Dutch labour market. Our initiatives help employers better understand international talent and help internationals navigate the cultural, professional, and practical aspects of building a long-term life here.

Our Focus Today:

Although HAN has a global reach, our work today is concentrated in the Netherlands, where thousands of internationals are seeking guidance, support, and real opportunities. We are strengthening the community, activating the alumni network, and building meaningful partnerships that directly support international students and graduates living in the Netherlands.
