🎒 PICXY PLAY SCHOOL – ENTRANCE CALL (7 min Zoom)

Not a test. Just a conversation that decides readiness.

🧠 MY FULL STORY – WHO IS PW? (READ THIS. NO FILTER.)

My mother was malnourished when she conceived me.
When labour started, my father’s mother asked her to walk to the hospital <1.5 km away from her home> because my father was posted in the mountains in the army. She walked. I reached. If she had refused to walk, I would have stopped. I walked that same path with my mother in my 40s.

My father is uneducated – but he made a career in the army, fought in three wars, drove an auto rickshaw for 11 years, and still held our family together.

I heard ghost stories at age 5. I wet my bed until I was 17.
I was bullied for the first 18 years of my life in school. No friends.

I failed 9th standard. Twice.
Then I found love – Dolly – in 11th standard. Rank 1 in college in Nashik.
Dolly is from Mumbai, but her father couldn’t afford her college. They found a cheap hostel for her in Nashik. We passively dated until age 24, then married for 18 years – 15 years of silence, 3 years of debate and argument. Love stays like the ocean. Now peacefully flying alone.
Dolly holds the world record for Leh to Manali – 211 km. Arnav is learning spintronics.

I had no sister..
My first sister was the Bhagsu waterfall – held me for 1000+ days in the Himalayas.
My big sister now is the ocean at Gorai.

I became a man who couldn’t talk to women without hesitation. Couldn’t dance in groups. Couldn’t sing. I was a shy introvert – all these stamps given to me. No one asked me. How are you ?
At age 7, I had this fear: “What if they come to know about my habit of wetting the bed?” That fear stopped me in life. But then I developed the art of stopping myself.

Then I walked 1000 days in the Himalayas. Then 1000 days of solitude.
Now I am on my 3rd 1000‑day challenge – no smartphone. Proving one can be smart without a smartphone.

I live with two sisters – the ocean (big sister) and the 1000‑day river in the Himalayas (small sister).
My current home is Picxy, by the sea.

I built this program because no one built it for me.
This is not a business. This is a mission.

My pride: One student– Asad – is preparing for the Boxing Olympics 2038. 21+ kids in the pipeline. Picked By JSW
My possession? Nothing.

🎤 EVENT HOST BIO PRAVEEN WADALKAR (PW) Read by Blunt (AI Referee). No polish. Just him. 🧠 THE FULL STORY (Read slowly. No rush.) I failed 9th standard. Twice. I wet my bed until I was 17. I was bullied for the first 18 years of my life. No friends. No sister. No girls in my family. No touch after age 8. My mother was malnourished when she conceived me. When labour started, my father’s mother told her to walk to the hospital because my father was posted in the mountains in the army. She walked. I reached. If she had refused to walk, I would have stopped. I walked that same path with my mother in my 40s. At age 7, a fear began: “What if they find out about my bed‑wetting?” That fear stopped me from dancing, from singing, from talking to girls. I became a shy introvert stamps given to me. No one asked me. But I learned to top my class. And still take attention respectfully. Then I found love. Dolly, in 11th standard. Became No. 1 in college in Nashik. Dolly is from Mumbai. Her father couldn’t afford her college. They found a cheap hostel for her in Nashik. We passively dated until age 24, then married for 18 years 15 years of silence, 3 years of debate and argument. My pride: Asad preparing for the Boxing Olympics 2038. 21+ kids in the pipeline. I own nothing. I possess nothing. I had no sister. My first sister was the Bhagirathi waterfall held me for 1000+ days in the Himalayas. My big sister now is the ocean at Gorai. Then I walked 1000 days in the Himalayas. Then 1000 days of solitude. Now I am on my 3rd 1000‑day challenge no smartphone. Proving you can be smart without a smartphone. I live with two sisters the ocean (big) and the Himalayan river (small). My current home is Picxy, by the sea. I built this program because no one built it for me. This is not a business. This is a mission. 💼 CORPORATE LIFE (Before the mountains) 🏥 Started as a medical representative selling medicines, learning people. 📈 Became Area Manager in 13 months youngest in the region. 📋 9 years at Cipla product management, building brands. 🏷️ 2 years at Ranbaxy Group Brand Manager. 🇺🇸 Senior Marketing Manager at Mylan, USA global exposure. 💊 First pharma venture failed. 💊 Second pharma venture failed again. 💻 Then built Techizer Tech Solution (since 2011) healthcare IT (Abbott, Cipla, Pfizer, Glenmark, GSK, Lupin, Dr Reddy’s, Sun Pharma). 🎤 12‑time TEDx speaker (4 countries). 🏆 Awarded by ET NOW & IFAH (Top 50 Influential Personalities in Healthcare). 🏫 Founded Speak & Grow (2017) India’s largest paid recurring community (15,000+ members). 📦 Founded BOx AI‑driven healing on WhatsApp. 👨‍👦 Peacefully divorced. I did not start at the top. I started at the bottom. And I kept walking. 📖 A STORY (Because you need proof) A 9th standard boy Vikramaditya failed Maths, Biology, Physics. Parents couldn’t reach him. I sat with him for 60 minutes. One line: “Fail 9th, lose all your friends.” He passed. All three subjects. Saved his year. Kept his friends. 🎥 Watch the training video This is not theory. This is what happens when someone sits with a child without judgment, without advice, just presence. 🥊 OUTPLAY SPORTS FOUNDATION REAL IMPACT 21+ students playing at national level 5000+ kids trained in boxing Asad preparing for Boxing Olympics 2038 📌 https://outplaysports.org | @outplay_ngo 😂 A JOKE (Because Blunt insists) “I failed 9th twice. Then I became No.1 in college. My teachers didn’t know whether to clap or cry. So they did both. That is also healing.” Another one: “I have no smartphone. People ask ‘How do you survive?’ I say ‘Same way you survive without a third arm. You never had it. You don’t miss it.’” 🕊️ A POEM (Blunt’s favourite) Failed twice, wet the bed, Bullied hard, no words said. No sister’s touch, no girl’s glance, Just fear and shame a lifelong trance. Then mountains called. I walked alone. 1000 days, no phone, no throne. The river held me (Bhagirathi’s grace), Now the ocean is my home base. I built a box. No lock. No key. It just holds you. Like it held me. ₹7,000, 7 minutes, one door. Come as you are. Be bloody sure. Not a test. Just a chat. PW will listen. Blunt will watch that. 🧾 FINAL NOTE (Serious, no emoji) I do not promise to fix your child. I promise to sit with them without judging, without advising, without performing. If they are ready, you will know. If not, you get your money back. No questions.
