Continuing our 'Friday Night Lates' series, why not ease into the weekend with a restorative mat Pilates class with instructor (and TRYBZ member) Thomas Fleury, designed to help you slow down, be present, and reconnect with your body.

This session will focus on controlled, low-impact movements, guided by breath and precision. Expect learning about the Pilates method which helps strengthening the core, improve mobility, as well as mind-body connection.

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a relaxed, supportive environment with options provided throughout. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to start your weekend feeling balanced and centered.

What to know:

⏰ Please arrive no later than 18:45 to get settled into the studio. Doors will close and the class will start at 19:00.

🚿Shower facilities are available

💦 Shower towels are available. Please bring your own sweat towels.

🥤 Bring water (electrolytes recommended)
