Welcome to Take a Bite Out of Wellness April challenge, where we will unpack all the best tips, tricks, and recipes to look and feel our BEST selves, inside and out, this spring. From meal planning snacks to loving your SNACK self - here are some of the daily themes you can look forward to:

 

💗 Monday - Let’s share some “Better-For-You” Breakfasts,

💗 Tuesday - Add some movement as you upgrade your lunch hour every week,

💗 Wednesday - Follow along to build a wellness plan to fit your fabulous lifestyle,

💗 Thursday - Truth or Trending - a community game on telling something TRUE or doing something TRENDING,

💗 Friday - Grab my favorite “Forget-About-It” food prep recipes,

💗 Saturday - “Do You” Desserts - make your favorite sweet treats remixed with feel-good ingredients,

💗 Sunday - Unlock Your Self-Love Era - a weekly self-love assignment to do to kickstart your week
