How I Learned to See My Baby Differently

When my first baby was born, I often felt overwhelmed.

I wanted so badly to help her when she cried, but I could not figure out what she needed. Nights were especially hard, and I often felt exhausted, frustrated, and full of guilt.

Over time, I realized something important:

I was trying to follow methods and advice instead of truly understanding what my baby was experiencing.

Once I began seeing her differently, life became smoother and calmer for both of us.

This shift happened in two stages.

First, I learned how to create conditions that were more supportive for her.

Then, I learned how to read her cues, body language, and rhythms more clearly.

This challenge focuses on the first stage — because it creates the foundation for everything that comes next.


Why I Created This Challenge

This way of understanding babies did not only help with my first child — it helped with my other two children as well.

Over the years, I have also shared this approach with many parents through private sessions and workshops, and I have seen how much it can help them feel more calm, clear, and confident.

I hold a Ph.D., and that background taught me to observe carefully and stay curious — skills that deeply shaped the way I learned to understand my own babies.

My goal is to share simple tools that help both parents and babies experience more ease and support.
