Rave Yoga with Mike returns as part of our new Friday Nights Lates series in partnership with The Ministry.

Swap the nightclub for a night in the yoga studio with a 60-minute Rave Yoga session at The Ministry in Borough. This month whilst Mike's away, Lou will be stepping in to guide your flow. As usual, for a members-only price of £17.50 (usually £25).

Expect a warm-up, dynamic breathwork and vinyasa flow set to bold techno beats, followed by a cool-down.

This high-energy class fuses breath, balance, mobility, mindfulness, power, play, and presence in a safe, inclusive space.

All abilities welcome, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.

After class, we’ll head to The Ministry bar or nearby for a post class social.
