How It Works?

Step 1: The Call (45 minutes)

First 15 minutes: You tell me about the firm. How many people, what kind of projects, what AutoCAD looks like day to day.

Next 30 minutes: I ask specific questions about how a drawing actually gets made at your firm. How projects get set up. Whether there is a standard template. How long title blocks and sheet lists take. How new drafters learn the way things are done.

Most people have never been asked these questions before. By the end of this section, you will have a clearer picture of your own setup than you have had before.

Step 2: Your Custom Roadmap

After the call, I build a written roadmap specific to your firm. This is not a template with your name on it. It is built from what came out of your call, the gaps in your setup, the bottlenecks costing you the most time, and a prioritised sequence of what to fix and in what order.

It covers where your firm currently sits, what each gap is costing you, and the exact steps to move forward — whether you work with Vistrux or not.

Step 3: The Follow-Up Call (within 72 hours of the call)

We get back on a call to walk through the report together. You can ask questions, push back on anything, and get clarity on the next step.
