About This Tea
Grown in the misty hills of Pinglin in northern Taiwan, Wen Shan Baozhong is the most delicately oxidised of Taiwan's great oolongs — one of the island's three celebrated classics alongside Dong Ding and Oriental Beauty.
Hand-picked each spring, the tender leaves are carefully withered, tossed and lightly roasted to preserve their natural floral character. The result is a luminous honey-green cup — clean, refreshing, and quietly captivating. If you're new to Taiwanese tea, this is where to begin.

About This Tea
Named after the Goddess of Mercy herself, Tie Kuan Yin carries a legend as rich as its flavour. One story tells of a devoted farmer who offered fresh tea to the goddess every day for decades — until she appeared in his dream and led him to a remarkable tea tree growing from a cliff face. The tea he made from it was declared the king of teas. The name Tie Kuan Yin — Iron Goddess of Mercy — has endured ever since.
Our version is crafted from the increasingly rare Hongxin Waiweitao cultivar of Anxi heritage, fully roasted to bring out its legendary depth. A true zhengcong Tie Kuan Yin demands the right origin, the right cultivar, and the right craft. Every batch is a rare convergence of all three.
