The Art of Facilitation: Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator Training
A 13 Week Immersive Professional Training
This 13-week Breathwork Facilitator Training is a deep, experiential immersion for people who want to guide breathwork safely, skillfully, and with integrity.
The training is designed for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, facilitators, and practitioners who want to integrate circular breathwork into their work, as well as those who feel called to step into breathwork facilitation as a primary offering.
This is not a surface level certification. It is a process of personal embodiment, professional skill building, and learning how to hold others through powerful inner experiences with clarity, presence, and care.
What this training is about
At the heart of this training is an understanding that breathwork is not just a technique. It is a relational process that works directly with the nervous system, the emotional body, and unconscious material.
Over twelve weeks, participants learn how to guide breathwork journeys that support emotional release, trauma processing, and meaningful integration, while staying grounded in safety, consent, and nervous system awareness.
The training weaves together theory, lived experience, supervised practice, group process, and personal inner work. You will experience breathwork both as a participant and as a facilitator, learning from the inside out.
What you will learn
During the training, you will learn how to:
• Facilitate circular breathwork sessions with safety and trauma awareness
• Lead one on one, group, and couples breathwork journeys
• Track nervous system states and respond skillfully in real time
• Work with emotional release, activation, dissociation, and resistance
• Use music, voice, pacing, and language to shape the journey
• Hold regulated, attuned space before, during, and after sessions
• Support integration through dialogue, reflection, and grounding practices
• Develop an ethical, sustainable breathwork facilitation practice
Structure and process
The training unfolds over twelve weekly sessions, each building on the previous one.
Early sessions focus on foundations: understanding breathwork mechanics, safety principles, contraindications, and the role of the facilitator.
As the training progresses, participants deepen into practical facilitation skills, including working with music, guiding groups, responding to strong emotional processes, and holding relational dynamics.
Later sessions emphasize embodiment, personal style, and integration. Participants practice facilitating under guidance, receive feedback, and refine their capacity to lead with clarity and presence.
Throughout the training, there is a strong emphasis on experiential learning. You will breathe, be witnessed, practice facilitating, and learn directly from what arises in your own body and nervous system.
Who this training is for
This training is suited for:
• Therapists and psychotherapists
• Coaches and facilitators
• Somatic and body based practitioners
• Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teachers
• Healers and space holders with prior inner work experience
Participants should have some familiarity with inner work and emotional process. This training is not designed for people looking for a quick technique or a purely intellectual course.
The intention of the training
The intention is not only to teach how to guide breathwork sessions, but to support you in becoming a grounded, ethical, and embodied facilitator.
By the end of the twelve weeks, participants leave with a clear understanding of how to work with breathwork responsibly, how to support deep processes without forcing or fixing, and how to integrate breathwork into their existing professional work or emerging practice.
