In Class 15, we continued learning Torah 4 of Likutei Moharan, uncovering deeper layers of "ANOCHI Hashem Elokecha" and how this truth is constantly being revealed within us. Rebbe Nachman shows us that this is the beginning and the goal of everything—that our entire avodah is about returning to this deep, unshakable connection with Hashem. We also spoke about how prayer itself is a diagnostic tool, showing us where we truly are in our relationship with Hashem. When the Shechina is in exile within us, we experience blockages—distortions in our thoughts, emotions, desires, and perceptions. These blockages show up in four different ways, representing the four elements. When these elements are misaligned, they create constriction and spiritual disconnection, but when they are aligned, they serve as a throne and a channel for the four letters of Hashem’s Name, allowing divine clarity and flow to be revealed. We explored Rabba bar bar Chana’s allegory and its deep relevance to this Torah—how it holds the key to understanding what it means to free Malchut from exile and restore clarity and connection. This Torah is giving us practical tools to shift our inner state, to break free from confusion, constriction, and distance, and to return to the light of ANOCHI in a real, lived way.
