Elisabeth Bostock is a counsellor-in-training at US Therapy Singapore.

Prior to entering the counselling profession, Elisabeth spent over 15 years in senior leadership and client-facing roles across multinational organisations, and was based in Australia, China, the United States, Bangkok, Malaysia, and Singapore. This experience has shaped her calm, grounded, and relational style, as well as her strong skills in communication, empathy, boundary-setting, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. She brings these strengths into her clinical work to build collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationships.

Elisabeth also brings lived experience supporting children and families. As a parent, she has been closely involved in navigating school transitions, emotional and behavioural support, and supporting a child through learning challenges and ADHD. These experiences have deepened her appreciation of the broader systems that influence wellbeing, including family, educational, and cultural contexts, while maintaining a clear professional and ethical stance in her work.
