A private 1:1 coaching space for people living alone who feel depressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck. In this session, we slow things down, debrief what’s been weighing on you, name the feelings, and build a small, realistic plan for the next 7 days—so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and supported.
What we’ll do together:
- Gentle check-in and emotional “unpacking” (no judgment)
- Identify triggers, needs, and what your mind/body are asking for
- Simple grounding tools you can use immediately when you’re alone
- Create a short weekly support plan (sleep, food, movement, connection)
