Somatic Healing Foundations is a home for people who are tired of feeling stuck in the same cycles and ready for real change that lasts. This is where you learn the foundational somatic work that shifts your internal baseline so that life stops feeling like something you constantly have to manage, and becomes something you finally have the capacity to live.

Created by trauma-informed somatic practitioner Tamar Peninah, Somatic Healing Foundations blends grounded science, somatic practice, and intuitive embodiment into a method that gets to the root of why you feel the way you do, and shows you how to transform it from the inside out.

Here, you will not find quick fixes, mindset tricks, or surface-level coping tools. You will learn how to build a body and internal system that can actually support the life you want to create.
