Your mind is foggy, like wading through quicksand. 
Hot flushes leave you drenched and restless. 
Your emotions swing between sadness, anxiety, and frustration. 
And no matter what you do, you no longer feel like yourself. 
You try pushing through, hoping things will go back to normal. 
But they don’t.

This is not just “getting older.” 
This is perimenopause.
The most symptomatic and confusing phase before menopause. 
And yet, no one prepared you for this.

You are not alone. I have been where you are.

Seven years ago, I found myself struggling too.
I was dragging myself out of bed, feeling lost, and staring at a woman in the mirror I barely recognised. 
I had no idea it was perimenopause. 
I searched for answers, but the advice was scattered, confusing, and often dismissive. 
It felt like no one understood what I was going through.

That is why I made it my mission to change that.

I went back to school.
Became a certified menopause and life coach
And developed a proven methodology to help women reclaim their energy and balance their hormones.
And feel like themselves again. 

Through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, I help women navigate menopause 
With clarity and confidence,
Restore their energy and vitality
Reduce stress and anxiety
And build strength physically and emotionally.
