I married a man with six children and became an instant mother overnight. And just as quickly as I stepped into motherhood, I felt myself slipping away. Before that, I was running multiple clean food cafés and living as the healthiest, most connected version of myself. But as I became a mom, everything shifted. My relationship with food changed.
