- Work together is intended to lead to an increase in mindfulness and empowerment, confidence in kitchen creations, and an influx of ideas for adding color to your plate.
- It also focuses on discovering new ways to prepare familiar foods, employing techniques to strike a healthy balance between Primary and Secondary foods, and understanding the body's language.
Key Sections and Exercises:
- Personal Check-in: Includes questions about the meaning of health, listening to the body's needs, desired changes in well-being, eating habits, physical pain, roadblocks, and sleep.
- Dare to Dream: Invites the user to list three health/life goals for one month, three months, and six months.
- Circle of Life: A diagram to rate satisfaction in various life areas such as Health, Relationships, Career, Finances, Home Cooking, and more. This section is repeated for Month 3 and Month 6 check-ins.
- Self Care Calendar: Promotes consistent self-care, which is said to lead to more joy, presence, and wellness. Users are instructed to schedule a weekly two-hour date with themselves and write three achievable daily practices.
- Gratefulness: Encourages a daily practice of listing three things that stimulate an attitude of gratitude.
- Final Check-In: Questions to reflect on achieved dreams, challenges, roadblocks, and new habits.
- Write It Out: Provides space for journaling to relieve stress and de-clutter the mind.

- Chanah Rothberg is a Certified Narrative Therapist, Certified Health Coach and Certified Kosher Energy Therapist who graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and Johnson & Wales University. Her main goal is to help individuals find balance in life, both on and off the plate.
