Momshiach was created for moms. It is an ecosystem of holistic therapies designed to make space for the woman behind the motherhood. Hey! I'm Chanah, and when I became an insta-mom (full time stepmom) to six kids I quickly lost my sense of self. It has since become my mission to help moms keep their identity while raising their families. Before that, I was running multiple clean food cafés and living as the healthiest, most connected version of myself. But as I became a mom, everything shifted. My relationship with food changed. My emotional world changed. I felt alone in a role that consumed me. Momshiach is a grounded, balanced system that doesn’t demand perfection or extreme change. Instead, it focuses on gently adding good into your life—nourishing foods, supportive practices, and simple, attainable goals. Alongside that, it helps remove the internal blocks that keep moms feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Momshiach is about returning to center. About creating space to feel like yourself again—within your life as a mother, not outside of it.
