To keep it from feeling like a one-way lecture, every session follows a Zero-Gravity rule:
The "Frontier" Demo (15 mins): A student or new grad showcases a "Digital Edge." Not just AI—maybe it’s a new way to build community, a shortcut for deep research, or a fun way to automate the "boring" parts of a career search.
The Catch: They aren't "presenting"; they are upskilling the room.
The "Scenario" Table (30 mins): A pro presents a "Human Friction" point—a failed negotiation, a communication breakdown, or a leadership blind spot.
The Twist: The younger talent solves it using the Frontier tech, while the pros critique the Human Engagement.
The "Warm" Handshake (15 mins): A structured moment for "Introductions with Intent." No business cards—just direct paths to people and opportunities.
