Hello, I’m Ruth Luna 🌸, a Peruvian architect, licensed with CAP No. 27578, and a graduate of the National University of Engineering in Peru 🎓. I was born in Ilo, a small port city in southern Peru 🌊, and I earned a Master’s degree in Science and Technology for Sustainability from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia 🌱.

My origins are humble 🙏, yet I won several national and international scholarships 🎖️ that allowed me to have many experiences around the world 🌍. My hair grew while I was working toward my dreams ✨; I always maintained a routine since childhood, thanks to my mother’s teachings 💕. Without realizing it, my hair kept growing little by little 🌿, and when I arrived in India on a scholarship 🇮🇳, I began to notice its power—and that I hadn’t been fully embracing it 💫.

Many years passed until life itself forced me to focus on myself and my inner growth 🌸, so that I could be happy 😄, be a better mother to my daughter 👩‍👧, maintain my energy ⚡, and continue growing 🌱.

Recently, I had the incredible honor of winning first place 🏆 in an international pageant as Miss Rapunzel 👑, representing Peru 🇵🇪, thanks to my long hair 💁‍♀️. My journey to grow my hair hasn’t been easy 💪, especially because during the years of scholarships and travel ✈️—visiting over 20 countries and countless cities around the world 🌎—my hair was very exposed 🌬️.

In this guide, I will share what helped me keep my hair sexy 💃, healthy 🌟, and long 🌿, while staying resilient and all-terrain 🚀, just like I am and have always been. Today, I want more people to dare to grow beautiful, long hair 💖—and for this process to start from inner beauty ✨, helping them find the path to make their dreams come true 🌈.

Hola, soy Ruth Luna 🌸, arquitecta peruana colegiada CAP N.º 27578, egresada de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería del Perú 🎓. Nací en Ilo, un pequeño puerto al sur del Perú 🌊, y obtuve una maestría en Ciencia y Tecnología de la Sostenibilidad en la Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña 🌱.

Mis orígenes son humildes 🙏, y aun así gané varias becas nacionales e internacionales 🎖️ que me permitieron vivir muchas experiencias alrededor del mundo 🌍. Mi cabello creció mientras yo trabajaba por mis sueños ✨; siempre mantuve una rutina desde mi niñez gracias a las enseñanzas de mi madre 💕. Sin darme cuenta, mi cabello fue creciendo poco a poco 🌿, y cuando llegué a la India con una beca 🇮🇳, empecé a darme cuenta del poder que tenía y que no estaba potenciando 💫.

Pasaron muchos años hasta que la vida misma me obligó a enfocarme en mí y en mi crecimiento interior 🌸, para poder estar feliz 😄, ser una mejor madre para mi hija 👩‍👧, mantener mi energía ⚡ y seguir creciendo 🌱.

Recientemente, tuve el increíble honor de ganar el primer lugar 🏆 en una competencia internacional como Miss Rapunzel 👑, representando a Perú 🇵🇪, gracias a mi cabello largo 💁‍♀️. Mi ruta de crecimiento del cabello no ha sido fácil 💪, sobre todo porque durante los años de becas y viajes ✈️ —conociendo más de 20 países y muchas ciudades alrededor del mundo 🌎— mi cabello estuvo muy expuesto 🌬️.
