Hi, I’m Pauline — founder of East West Yoga 🇸🇬

Born in Mexico, raised near Paris, and now based in Singapore, I left a career in Law and Art History to follow my true calling: yoga as a path to transformation.

At East West Yoga, we blend ancient Eastern wisdom with modern Western approaches, creating classes that are anatomy-informed, adaptable, and accessible. We help students build strength, find balance, and reconnect with their bodies and minds—no pressure, no impossible poses.

I lead three areas of practice:
🧒 Schools – yoga programs in 7 international schools for 100+ children and staff, mentoring 7 certified coaches
🌇 Public & Corporate – outdoor group classes, candlelight sessions, private sessions, and corporate wellness programs
🌍 Online Yoga – developing a digital platform with themed, level-mixed, anatomy-informed classes and longer sessions for serious practitioners

With 1,000+ hours of certified training across Asia, Europe, and the USA, my teaching focuses on progress over perfection, supporting beginners and experienced yogis, busy professionals, parents, and those managing reduced mobility or chronic pain.
