• All mentorship bookings are non-refundable.
• You may reschedule your session free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not permitted and the booking will remain non-refundable.
• Please complete all registration questions thoroughly. Failure to provide sufficient information may limit the effectiveness of the mentorship, as these responses help me prepare and maximize the value of our 1-hour session.
• Please join the meeting on time or, preferably, 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• To maintain an engaging and productive coaching environment, participants are required to keep their cameras on throughout the session.
• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other commitments.
