MenToo is a movement founded by psycholegal and coaching company Amicus, joining forces with men’s community group Bros Before Woes. Both coming together to grow as a community for men to openly explore the issues and challenges men face today from men’s mental health and overall well being. MenToo will work in alliance with other like-minded men and men’s group to become a collective and united voice for men in Singapore. The following are the men's groups in this Community. They are all based in Singapore and have varying focus when supporting men. This list is live. What it means is that it will be updated periodically as the movement grows.

Bros are a men’s wellbeing and growth initiative aimed to change the conversation around what it means to “be a man”.

Bros Before Woes (Bros)

CFF is a prominent non-profit organisation in Singapore founded in 2000 to promote active, involved fatherhood and address the challenges of physically or emotionally absent fathers.

Centre for Fathering (CFF)

RMC believes being a real man is not about performing, proving, or becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to who you truly are. A return to freedom, to peace, to finally being at home in your own skin.

Real Men Co

TOD is a ground-up community that supports stay-at-home dads (SAHDs) and primary-caregiver fathers. TOD provides a safe, non-judgmental space for fathers to openly share the joys, struggles, and unique realities of raising children full-time.

FoRM is a men's formation and leadership conference that brings together men from different backgrounds to reflect on what it means to be a good man in today's world.

Forum on the Richness of Manhood (FoRM)

Men-Kind is an executive coaching and leadership practice. It focuses on championing healthy masculinity, challenging outdated "tough guy" norms, and supporting men's mental health and career development through vulnerability and courage.

This is a men's brotherhood and reflection group that brings men together in an informal, campfire-style setting to have honest conversations about life, manhood, purpose, relationships, fatherhood, and personal growth.

The Fireside Circle - Real Men, Real Conversations

Alpha X is focused on building psychological resilience in men as sons, brothers, husbands and fathers through mixed martial arts. The group aims to address emotional and behavioral challenges to foster long-term mental strength and success for men using accountability, mentorship, and peer support.

This is a professionally informed men's support community, particular expectant, new and aspiring fathers, focused on their mental health, fatherhood, emotional wellbeing, and navigating life transitions.

This is a men's peer-support and discussion community that creates a confidential, non-judgmental space where men can connect, share honestly, and grow through mutual support and meaningful conversation.
