Keep an eye on the WhatsApp group for the exact meeting point. We'll find a suitable spot in the park and Dalibor will introduce different simple mindfulness/meditation/focusing techniques to help refresh your senses and mind.
It can be a good way to deepen your regular meditation or mindfulness practice, or a great experiment if you're new to it.
