Your 4-Day Fast Track to prepare for a Stronger Career Start


You may feel unsure about where to begin with your CV or LinkedIn. That’s not unusual.

 

Many capable students and young professionals feel the same. Uncertain, behind, invisible online.

 

Here’s the good news: this challenge is designed to change that. In just four focused days, you’ll take clear, practical steps that make you visible and confident. Each day asks for 30–45 minutes of your time. You decide if you want to go deeper with extra reading and self-reflection.

 

By the end, you’ll have moved from “lost” to “ready.” And you’ll know exactly how to show the world what you bring.


How We Work

You may feel unseen, unsure, and as though you’re underselling yourself. That’s exactly where many early-career professionals I’ve mentored began.


By taking simple, structured steps consistently, they shifted from invisible to visible. You won’t be asked to be perfect. You will be asked to be honest, specific, and consistent.

What You Need to Commit

To get real value from this challenge, please set aside:

  • Approx. 45 minutes a day for Day 1, 2 and 3
  • Approx. 20 minutes on Day 4, plus an 60-minute live session
  • A few minutes each day to post your check-in and reflection in the community feed

What You Will Walk Away With

By the end of four days, you will have:

  • A process to identify your strengths and motivator blueprint, in your own words.
  • Two to three target roles, backed by stronger, results-based CV bullets.
  • A LinkedIn profile with a focused headline and an About section that sounds like you, not a template.

You want guidance from someone who has faced tough markets, built teams across continents, and helped others succeed.


I bring over 19 years of business experience across Asia’s developed and developing markets, leading and collaborating with teams worldwide.

 

I’ve worked with multinationals like Hertz (global car rental) and REC Group (solar power), startups such as LiveIn (student housing) and Nextevo (sustainable fashion), and special projects—including the world’s first pineapple leaf fibre denim for Bershka (Inditex Group).

 

I mentor young leaders globally through programmes like Bridge for Billions, the Youth Leadership Summit, and the Youth Action Challenge Programme (a collaboration among the National Youth Council Singapore, UNDP, and Citi Foundation). I also support the circular economy.

 

I’ve guided students, graduates, and young professionals in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam.


What I know is this: success in tough job markets isn’t just about knowledge. It’s about how clearly and honestly you show your unique value.
