A 2 Hour Workshop on Emotional Regulation for Men
Most men were never taught how to feel.
So we react.
Or we shut down.
Or we carry it until it leaks.
How to Feel is a practical, skills based workshop for men who want to handle emotions without making a mess.
No therapy language.
No feelings circles.
No heavy processing.
Just tools.
We're putting this workshop in conjunction with Men's Mental Health Month, together with the good folks at sgMAN. The event fee is $10 ; fees will be collected onsite and go into the event venue.
In two hours, you will learn:
