Your First Calisthenics Routine

(3 Days / Week)


Build real strength at home — even if you feel weak right now.


Build strength, balance, and confidence with simple daily workouts. Just 10–15 minutes a day.



BEGINNER SAFE

If you can’t do a single push-up, this is for you.

  • Every exercise includes beginner progressions
  • No prior experience needed
  • Short and manageable sessions (10–15 minutes)
  • Train at home, on your own time (No equipment needed)


This is your starting point.


What This System Does

This is not a one-time challenge.

This is your weekly routine.

You will follow a simple 3-day structure:


Day 1 — Push (Upper Body Strength)

Day 2 — Core (Control and Stability)

Day 3 — Skill (Balance and Body Awareness)


Repeat this every week. That’s how you build real strength.


What You’ll Start Progressing Towards

As you get stronger, you will begin to unlock:

  • Your first push-up
  • Your first inversion (headstand / crow pose)
  • Stronger core control (L-sit foundation)


You don’t need to guess what to do next. Just follow the system.
