Welcome to the Body Weight Tracker

This challenge has one rule: weigh yourself every morning and log the number.


How it works Each day a new checkpoint unlocks. Step on the scale first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, and type your weight. Takes 60 seconds.


When to weigh yourself Always first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. This gives you the most consistent reading every day.


What if my weight goes up? Log it anyway. Weight fluctuates naturally by 1–3kg every day based on water, food, and sleep. An increase one day means nothing on its own — the trend over 7 days is what matters.


The one rule that matters Submit every single day. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero. Consistency of logging matters more than the number itself.


Tips Use the same scale every day. Weigh yourself at the same time every morning. Don't react emotionally to daily changes — look at the weekly trend instead.


After Day 7 Free members get 7 days. When Day 8 locks, upgrade to Monthly to continue tracking and see your full monthly weight trend.
