Haus of Spark | Full Day Retreat

Step into a full-day immersive journey with Haus of Spark’s SoundPaths™ at Covent Garden Piazza’s St Paul’s — a carefully curated day designed to guide you through movement, stillness, sound, and music to help you with the rhythm of life.

Across five unique sessions, you’ll be invited to explore a series of “paths” based on the four seasons, a love letter to seasonal depression on how the seasons affect us especially being in the UK — a day blending yoga, journaling, sound, music, meditation and practices to help you reset and recharge.

This is more than a schedule of classes; it’s a continuous, flowing experience where each session builds from the last.

You don’t need any experience in yoga or meditation to enjoy this day — all is welcome, just come as you are.

If you love music, nature-inspired soundscapes, therapeutical calmness, and that feeling of an internal glow up, this is for you — a chance to step away from the hustle of the city and switch things up.

The day includes 12pm — 9pm with time in between to pause and absorb sun on private grass.

There will be breaks throughout, along with food, snacks, and refreshments provided, private access to an surrounding outdoor spaces to unwind and reset between sessions.

Whether you join to rest, or to reflect, Haus of Spark offers a space to step away from the noise.

This is a joint event with non-TRYBZ members in attendance.

Earlybird tickets are available until Saturday 23th May at the discounted price of £129.99.

Full price tickets are £149.99.
