Calisthenics completely changed how I see and move my body. I am now in my best shape, looking leaner and stronger than ever.


Now I want to help other women start from zero and discover how strong they really are.


This 7-day challenge is the exact foundation I wish I had when I started —a beginner program for those ready to lift their bodyweight.



What You’ll Practice During The 7 Days


Day 1 – Wrist & shoulder mobility

Day 2 – Beginner push strength

Day 3 – Core stability

Day 4 – Balance control

Day 5 – Pull strength preparation

Day 6 – Full body calisthenic flow

Day 7 – First inversion practice (wall headstand prep)


Each workout builds the strength and stability needed for future skills like:


• Headstand

• Handstand

• Pull-ups
