Hi, I’m Ashima — an Engineer, a tech marketer, property investor, and certified Human Design guide. For 20 years, I’ve spent much of my life in high-performance roles — leading teams, launching ventures, and managing real estate portfolios while navigating my own seasons of burnout, reinvention, and growth. Like many women, I knew how to deliver results. But I also knew what it felt like to lose touch with my own desires. Today, I help women who are high-functioning on the outside but craving something deeper to reconnect with their truth, their vision, and their next chapter. I combine strategic clarity with energetic insight, grounded conversation with intuitive tools like Human Design, to create space for powerful personal shifts. This work isn’t fluffy or performative.
