You’ll then join an immersive in-person training where you’ll receive your Reiki attunements, practice hands-on healing techniques, and gain the confidence to use Reiki safely and effectively.

During this course, you will learn: to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others; discover practical techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation; develop greater presence, intuition, and inner awareness and build a lifelong self-care practice you can integrate into everyday life.
