Taco Archive Vol. 01 is a walking tour through four taquerías in Roma Norte, chosen by locals who eat here every week. We start with charcoal-grilled beef and crispy cheese costras with norteño roots, then move through slow-roasted Yucatecan cochinita, before ending at a Michelin-starred taquería. Each stop has a story, and your host tells it between bites.

We walk on purpose. Everything is close, and the streets in between are part of the experience: Porfirian mansions, art deco façades, leafy plazas and the sound of Roma warming up for a Friday night. It's the city the way locals live it.
