You’ll hear the truth about what’s happening to this generation, and why the answer isn’t more rules or a better checklist. It’s about the culture already living in your home, and what it looks like to tend to it with intention. Whether you’re here for a major shift or just a few small adjustments, this is where it starts.

Before we talk strategy, routines, or rules,  we start with the truth most parenting advice skips over: your child’s greatest teacher isn’t a book, a screen, or even a conversation. It’s you, living your everyday life in front of them.
In this module, Mina shares a deeply personal story about becoming a mother at 18,  and how the shame she carried actually became the foundation for her most meaningful parenting. Through her journey from feeling purposeless to discovering the power of small, consistent actions, you’ll be introduced to the Seed Principle: the idea that every word, every interaction, and every quiet moment of integrity is a seed your child is storing for later.
You’ll walk away with a completely new lens for what “teaching your child” actually means, and a simple but revealing exercise that shows you exactly what you’ve already been modeling, for better or for worse.
By the end of this module, you’ll understand:
	•Why kids absorb atmosphere, not lectures
	•How your everyday habits and behaviors are actively shaping your child’s belief system
	•Why the “little things” you do consistently are anything but little
Your action step: Write down 3 things you do every day that you’d be okay with your child copying exactly, not what you tell them to do, but what you actually do. That list will tell you everything.

Module 1: What your kids are actually watching

In a world where everyone is passing through, your kids can be the ones who actually pause.
This module opens with a simple moment,  a stranger in a store, genuinely surprised that someone asked how they were doing. That one exchange reveals something we can’t ignore: people are starving to be seen. And your children are watching how you respond to that hunger every single day.
In this module, Mina gets honest about her own battle with worthiness and what it taught her about the people around her, the cashier, the bus driver, the principal standing outside in the cold every morning. She shares how small, quiet acts of connection, done in the dark, done when it’s inconvenient, become the seeds your children quietly absorb and eventually live out themselves.
You’ll hear the story of what happened when her son learned to say good morning to his principal every single day. It didn’t take a speech. It didn’t take a lesson. It took practice at home, and it changed everything.

Module 2: The Power of Human Connection

In Module 3, we dig into one of the most misunderstood parts of raising confident children,  the difference between telling them they’re capable and creating the conditions for them to prove it to themselves. Drawing on the family system framework and a powerful corporate analogy, this module walks you through how age-appropriate responsibility builds real, unshakeable confidence from the inside out. When a child understands that the family genuinely needs them, that their role matters, something shifts. They stop feeling like passengers and start showing up like players. This module closes with a simple but powerful action step that you can implement today, and a reminder that kids who feel needed are the ones who grow up to change the world.

Module 3: Confidence Through Contribution

What does it actually look like when the seeds you’ve planted take root?
In this module, I’m sharing one of the most powerful moments I’ve ever witnessed as a mother, and it happened right in my own basement, on a random day off from school.
It’s the story of my son Lance. And the choice he made that brought me to tears.
We talk a lot about raising compassionate kids. But compassion isn’t something they catch,  it’s something we teach. On purpose. Consistently. Over time. This module shows you exactly what that looks like in real life, in real moments, with real kids who have their own real struggles.
In this module you’ll learn:
✅ Why compassion has to be practiced, not just talked about
✅ How to narrate compassion in real time so your kids recognize it
✅ Simple, everyday moments you can use to plant seeds, starting today
✅ How to create a safe space for your kids to practice with you before they do it alone
Our family is not without hard things. But I believe,  and I’ve watched it become true, that our kids’ struggles can actually become their greatest source of empathy for others.
