You may have all the toys but if it is not working it boils down to HOW the toys are being used.

It’s a chance to chat briefly about the child to understand what product would be best suited for that specific child and their situation.

This would include a

-30 min meeting

-Follow up via email/chat after a week.

Feel free to talk about the child or anything else you’d like to discuss during the meeting. Please be aware of the time during the meeting so that it’s most effective for you.
