Commercial Pop with George K

Join George K for a four-week Commercial Pop dance series, created primarily for beginners, while open to all levels.

These are not traditional workshop-style classes. The sessions build week by week, while the programme remains responsive to the group’s progression and experience. Alternatively, dip in and out of the classes that most appeal to you (individual classes sold separately).

Across the block

Week 1: Confidence & Freestyle
Find your commercial style. Start with the foundations of commercial pop: movement, confidence and freestyle, while beginning to discover your own style.

Week 2: Sharp, Clean & Formations
Make it hit. Develop control, precision and musicality through sharper movements, formations, levels and different dynamics.

Week 3: Performance & Personality
Make it yours. Explore expression, musicality, confidence and how to bring your own personality into choreography.

Week 4: Commercial Pop Routine
Bring it all together in a final commercial pop routine, combining freestyle, sharpness, formation, performance and attitude.

Entry to all four weekly sessions, includes a 20% saving (compared to buying each weekly class).

What to know

• Created primarily for beginners while open to all levels.
• No previous dance experience is needed.
• The programme may be adjusted to the group’s progression and experience.

Photography & Filming

This series is centred on learning, experimenting, building confidence and working together, rather than creating a full performance video.

During Weeks 1 to 3, participants will not be filmed during performances, freestyle exercises, group work or while they are trying things out in class.

Occasional content may be captured for promotional purposes, focused on the teaching process, such as George demonstrating, explaining or delivering the class.

In Week 4, filming of the final routine is entirely optional for anyone who would like a final recording of what they have worked on.

If you would prefer not to be included in any occasional promotional content, please let a host know when you arrive and we’ll respect that.
