We are teaming up with London's leading fitness coach, renowned HIIT instructor, and fellow TRYBZ member, Jonny Lawson, to bring you a dynamic 50-minute class.

This session is crafted to challenge all fitness levels, combining intense bursts of work with brief recovery periods to maximise results and leave you feeling invigorated. Jonny will guide you through a full warm-up to prepare your body and a comprehensive cool-down to ensure you leave feeling refreshed, accomplished, and ready for whatever the night holds.

This is your chance to fuel your Friday night and the weekend ahead with positive energy from your TRYBZ crew.

The Details

What: 50-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class with warm-up and cool-down.

Where: The Ministry.

Facilities: Full access to showers, fresh towels, and hairdryers is included.

The Social: Stick around after class and join us for an optional social upstairs to connect with other members.
