Continuing our Friday Night Lates series, why not ease into the weekend with a restorative mat Pilates class with instructor (and TRYBZ member) Thomas Fleury, designed to help you slow down, be present, and reconnect with your body.

This session will focus on controlled, low-impact movements, guided by breath and precision. You’ll explore how the Pilates method helps strengthen your core, improve mobility and develop your mind-body connection.

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a relaxed, supportive environment with options provided throughout. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to start your weekend feeling balanced and centred.

When: Friday 13 November 2026, 19:00–20:00.

Where: The Box at The Ministry, 79–81 Borough Road, London SE1 1DN.

⏰ Please arrive no later than 18:45 to get settled into the studio. Doors will close and the class will start at 19:00.
