Rave Yoga with Mike Peck returns as part of our Friday Night Lates series in partnership with The Ministry.

Swap the nightclub for a night in the yoga studio with a 60-minute Rave Yoga session led by Mike at The Ministry in Borough, available at the TRYBZ members-only price of £17.50.

Unsure what to expect? Check out highlights from a previous class here.

Expect a warm-up, dynamic breathwork and vinyasa flow set to bold techno beats, followed by a cool-down.

This high-energy class fuses breath, balance, mobility, mindfulness, power, play, and presence in a safe, inclusive space.

All abilities welcome, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.

After class, we’ll head to The Ministry bar or nearby for a post-class social.
